Delivery & Returns

We have a number of delivery and collection options for you:

Delivery by Royal Mail

Most of the products we have on our website are in stock at our shop, therefore we are able to process your order very quickly. However some embroidered and printed products are made to order. Therefore our aim is to deliver orders to UK mainland addresses within 14 to 21 days of your order being placed. We endevour to process your order as quickly as possible and as a result your order may arrive earlier than estimated.

Collect from Salto Shop

Many of our local customers choose this option. As soon as your order is ready for collection, we will send you an email or text to let you know. Your order will be available to collect from our shop in Prudhoe during our opening times Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm. Please note that we are closed Saturday, Sunday and Mondays during Bank Holidays.


While we hope you’ll be happy with your Salto items, we appreciate that sometimes you may need to return them for an exchange or a refund.

We are happy for customers to return garments as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The garments are returned as new and in the same state as they were received
  • The garments must be unworn
  • The garments must be unwashed
  • The garments must be returned in their original packaging with hangers where applicable.
  • No name tape must have been applied to the garments

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we believe that the above conditions have not been met.

We are unable to accept returns for garments that have been personalised with a name, initials or customised unless the garment is faulty.

If you wish to return, exchange or cancel an order, you must notify us in writing either by post or email within 14 days of receiving your goods. This is deemed to be 3 days from delivery. You must then return the goods in the condition stated above, within 14 days of this written confirmation. In summary, you have 28 days to return your goods to us.

A returns form must be completed and be enclosed with your items. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not arrive with a completed returns form. We strongly recommend that customers obtain a proof of posting receipt from their Post Office if this service is used. Salto UK will not be held responsible for any items being returned that may be lost in the post and/or do not reach us.


If your item was not exactly what you wanted, don’t worry, we are happy to exchange any items.

Please email enquiries@saltouk.com with the following information –

  1. ID number
  2. Garment, size and colour to be returned.
  3. Garment, size and colour required.

If you are in a hurry for your exchanged items, we recommend you contact us or you can order the replacement via the website. Then follow the returns instructions.

We will deal with exchanges as quick and efficiently as we deal with sales and our staff are always happy to help.


We’d like you to be happy with everything you purchase from Salto UK. Should you change your mind about your purchase and wish to cancel your order, please follow the returns instructions above. If your items have not been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible so we are able to cancel the shipment of your goods (thus saving you money posting the items back to us). Please remember we are unable to offer a refund on garments that have been personally customized.

If you are local to our shop, returning items could not be easier, just pop in with your items within 28 days and we will refund your goods if all the above conditions are met.

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or damaged item, we ask you to email enquiries@saltouk.com within 14 days of delivery so that we can help to resolve the matter.
